What’s your return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, SKINWEAR reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. In the unlikely event that product/s arrive damaged the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
I put the wrong address on my order, help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, SKINWEAR will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
Can I change my order?
Please contact email@example.com soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.
My Package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do i do?
For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fees will be refunded if order has been canceled before your shipping label is created. If a product arrives defective or incorrect, return postage will be covered.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier!

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released/restocked with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
